Butterfly Encounters is located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We supply pupae , butterflies (live butterfly releases and papered butterflies) and live learning kits. All butterflies are hand raised and every attempt is made to keep them disease and parasite free. Availability of species depends on seasonal factors, supply of host plant and demand. If you plan to release butterflies, please be aware that this should only be done if the species occurs naturally in your area. Please refer to species information maps.
